Initiation Fee:

A one-time initiation fee is charged to new members to help defray the cost of building the club facilities.

Annual Fee:

The annual fees are structured for all ages and families and are outlined in our Membership Application form.

In addition to the club fee, all members who wish to fly at the field must also belong to the Model Aeronautics Association of Canada (MAAC). Visit their website to get MAAC Membership. A proof of MAAC membershipmust be presented when applying for SRCFA.

Membership includes flight training by skilled instructors; a safe and secure place to fly; and have fun and enjoy friendships with others with similar interests.

The purpose of this manual is to acquaint new members to the Strathcona Remote Control Flyers Association and to the hobby of flying remote control aircraft. More importantly, this manual stresses the safety precautions required to minimize the probability of anyone getting hurt while enjoying this great hobby.
